Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders ship in 1–3 business days. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) - Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) - $14.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) - $24.99
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided via email once your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the shipping carrier to update their system.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@decohomer.com immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@decohomer.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or file a claim for damaged items.
